I am down .8 lbs this morning! That's bye bye to the .2 I gained yestaurday plus another .6 more! Now only 2.8 away from my goal!!!

I AM HAPPY, HEALTHY AND REDUCING!! I LOVE P&I!!

Wednesday, Jan. 20th Weigh In

So for the first time this round I had a small gain .2 pounds. I believe it's because of Bernice not coming real well so I upped my Natural Calm dose yest. It could also be as stated in P&I that my body is holding onto some water while the fat cells are breaking down...I'm all for that :0). What ever it is I will stay true to the protocol and myself by keepin on! I now only have 3.6 pounds until my goal of 120!

Tuesday Jan. 19th 2010 Weigh In

I am so happy to report that I am down 1 pound this morning!! Happy Dancing this am...as I only have 3.4 pounds to go and I will be at my goal! ...DOOOO A LITTLE DANCE MAKE A LITTLE NOISE...that's me this am!!

Oh, yesterday was a .2 pound loss....I didn't get time to post as I had to go get a new phone.

I'm doing a happy dance~ .6 more pounds bye bye!! That leaves me only 4.6 pounds to reach my goal of 120! I have 2 more wks that I can stay in P2 before I must go into P3 I know I'll make my goal!!
